Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all events organized by SEO-DAY GmbH, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events (hereinafter "Events").

By registering for an event or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

SEO-DAY GmbH organizes professional events in the field of SEO, digital marketing, and related topics.

Our services include:

• Organization and execution of conferences and events
• Provision of event venues and technical equipment
• Selection and coordination of speakers and presentations
• Provision of catering and networking opportunities

The exact scope of services for each event is specified in the respective event description.

Registration for events can be made online via our website or by other means specified in the event description.

The registration becomes binding upon receipt of our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse registrations without giving reasons.

The participant is obliged to provide truthful and complete information during registration.

The prices for events are stated in the respective event description and are inclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the event.

All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, especially for events that have not yet been confirmed.

Early bird discounts and other special offers are only valid for the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is sufficient).

For cancellations up to 30 days before the event, we charge a processing fee of 20% of the participation fee. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 14 days before the event or in case of no-show, the full participation fee is due.

The participant may name a substitute participant at any time. In this case, only a processing fee of 10% of the participation fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or other important reasons. In this case, the participation fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.

We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content presented at events.

Liability for damages, regardless of the legal reason, is excluded, unless we have acted with intent or gross negligence.

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of information or recommendations from events.

The liability for damages to life, body, and health remains unaffected.

SEO-DAY GmbH collects and processes personal data in the context of event organization and execution.

All content presented at events (presentations, materials, etc.) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the express consent of the respective rights holder.

Participants are not permitted to make audio or video recordings of events without prior written consent.

Violations of copyright may result in exclusion from the event and claims for damages.

We reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or venue, provided that these changes are reasonable for the participant.

In case of significant changes, participants will be informed immediately. In case of cancellation of the event, the participation fee will be refunded.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service is the registered office of SEO-DAY GmbH, provided that the participant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The version valid at the time of registration applies.
